NON-CUSTOM BRANDED APPAREL IS VALID FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY, WITH TAGS ON AND UNWORN CONDITION WITHIN 15 DAYS, UNLESS OTHERWISE DISCUSSED AND AGREED UPON WITH THE OWNER.

*SWIM, SPECIAL OCCASION, SALE ITEMS, ACCESSORIES AND CUSTOM PRODUCTS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Customized goods are generally not accompanied by guarantees. We deliver high-quality products - products that are personal and unique based on the designs you choose and work closely with you to design these custom products and have them approved before going to print.

If a custom product you receive differs from what you saw in store or at aspiritanimal.com, if the goods are otherwise flawed, or if your order arrives later than promised, then you may return the custom goods for a full refund, within 15 days of receiving your order. All we ask is that you notify A Spirit Animal before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately.
